Every CARDMADNESS ticket holder (visitor or table) will have the chance to claim a free Trading Night ticketapproximately 2 weeks before the event.
We notify via email and social media at the exact launch time.
Tickets are limited and distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Even if you only hold a Sunday visitor ticket, you still qualify for the Trading Night ticket opportunity as long as the raffle/booking period is open.
You must have a valid Trading Night ticket to enter. Without it, access is not possible.
Our tables in Düsseldorf are 120x60cm and in Frankfurt 120x80cm. Each table includes a chair and admission for one person.
Yes. Both venues offer public parking areas nearby (signposted). Local parking fees apply.
Yes – bags and suitcases are allowed.
Please note: Security may perform random bag checks.

Düsseldorf: Digital lockers are available inside and outside the venue. You can safely store your bags, jackets, and other belongings during the event.
Frankfurt: A staffed cloakroom will be provided near the entrance area for convenient storage.
Please note: Availability is limited – we recommend arriving early if you plan to use these services.

Yes! If you have a ticket, your child up to 12 can enter for free.
You’ll need to register your child at the accreditation booth and collect a wristband for them.
Accreditation desks are located near the entrance.

You can pick up your accreditation badge at the entrance area. Bring your ticket confirmation on your phone or printed. Accreditation opens Friday afternoon on setup day and early Saturday morning. Without accreditation you may not enter the hall.

Each table includes one 120×80 cm (Frankfurt) or 120×60 cm (Düsseldorf) table, one chair, and admission for one person.
Collector tables are intended for private sellers, hobbyists, and collectors.
Commercial tables are for brands, shops, grading partners and businesses.
Collector tables do not include additional helper access. Helper tickets for commercial tables are available – please contact us by email.
Yes, international vendors are welcome.
Please note: Pre-registration / purchase of a table (Ticket) is required. No day-of exhibitor entries.

Just like with concerts or major conventions, all ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. However, if you are unable to attend, we recommend using our trusted partner TicketSwap – a safe and secure platform to resell your ticket to other collectors.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed inside – except for certified service animals.
Yes – you’re welcome to take photos and videos for private or social use.
However, please respect other guests‘ privacy. For professional filming or content production, you’ll need a media pass.

Most exhibitors accept cash and electronic payment (card readers). However, some vendors prefer cash only. We recommend having both options available.
Yes – both venues offer on-site food & beverage options provided by local caterers.
Please note:
You’re allowed to bring your own drinks (up to 0.5L per person) and personal food for individual consumption.
However, stockpiling food or bringing large quantities is not permitted.
The on-site caterers set their own prices independently, and we as organizers have no control over pricing.
That said, we are continuously working to offer an innovative and high-quality selection that matches the spirit of CARDMADNESS.
