Both shows open Saturday & Sunday. Trading Nights take place the Friday before each event.

Düsseldorf 2026: Tickets are sold out.
Frankfurt 2027: Tickets are already available.
We recommend booking early – especially for Early Access and Table tickets.

Doors open at 10:00 AM for regular visitors.
Early Access tickets: Entry from 9:00 AM.
Collectors‘ tables: Setup from 8:00 AM.
Commercial tables: Setup from 7:00 AM.
Show closes at 7:00 PM.

Düsseldorf: Friday, September 25, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Frankfurt: Friday, June 4, 2027 – 6:00 PM

Every CARDMADNESS ticket holder (visitor or table holder) has the opportunity to secure one free Trading Night ticket once registration opens.

Tickets are strictly limited and distributed on a first come, first serve basis. We announce the registration launch via email and social media shortly before the event.

Please note:
A regular event ticket alone does not automatically grant access to the Trading Night. A separate Trading Night ticket is required.

Yes. Both venues offer public parking areas nearby (signposted). Local parking fees apply.

Yes – bags and suitcases are allowed.
Please note: Security may perform random bag checks.

Yes – depending on the location:

Düsseldorf: Digital lockers are available inside and outside the venue. You can safely store your bags, jackets, and other belongings during the event.
Frankfurt: A staffed cloakroom will be provided near the entrance area for convenient storage.

Please note: Availability is limited – we recommend arriving early if you plan to use these services.

Absolutely. Both venues are barrier-free and fully accessible. Please contact us if you need help.

Yes! When ordering a visitor ticket, free tickets for children up to 12 years of age can be added to your order at checkout.
You must register your child at the accreditation desk and pick up a wristband for them there.

Strollers / pushchairs are allowed inside the venue.

Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for supervision during the event.

Yes, minors may attend the event without parents or guardians. However, responsibility and duty of supervision remain entirely with the parents or legal guardians.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed inside – except for certified service animals.

Most exhibitors accept cash and electronic payment (card readers). However, some vendors prefer cash only. We recommend having both options available.

Both venues offer a variety of food & beverage options on site.
Visitors may bring personal food and drinks for individual consumption (up to 0.5L per person).
Large quantities and stockpiling are not permitted.

Yes – both venues are near major hotel zones.

For Exhibitors & Tables

Collector Tables are required for:

  • private collectors
  • hobby sellers
  • non-commercial community participation

Commercial tables are required for:

  • stores and businesses
  • breakers
  • grading services
  • artists selling commercially
  • brands
  • recurring commercial activity
  • larger scale vending setups

Each table includes one chair and admission for one person.

Collector tables do not include additional helper access.
Commercial helper tickets may only be requested during the booking process or through official support channels.

Our tables in Düsseldorf are 120x60cm and in Frankfurt 120x80cm. Each table includes a chair and admission for one person.

Commercial table areas include shared 230V power access.
Exhibitors must bring their own compliant extension cables and equipment.
Collector tables do not include electricity.
Free venue WiFi is available for basic usage only and is not intended for streaming or high-bandwidth activities.

No. CARDMADNESS does not operate “premium”, “main floor” or “secondary floor” systems. All areas are part of one connected event experience.
Table placements may evolve during the planning phase in order to optimize visitor flow and overall event quality.

Yes. Visitors are allowed to bring cards and privately trade or sell them during the event.
Visitors may not build permanent setups, showcases or booth-like sales areas without a booked table.

Accreditation desks are located near the entrance.

Opening times:
Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: From 7:00 AM

You can pick up your accreditation badge at the entrance area. Bring your ticket confirmation on your phone or printed. Accreditation opens Friday afternoon on setup day and early Saturday morning. Without accreditation you may not enter the hall.

Yes, after booking, a digital invoice will be sent via email.
Make sure your billing info is correct at checkout.

Yes, international vendors are welcome.
Please note: Pre-registration / purchase of a table (Ticket) is required. No day-of exhibitor entries.

Package delivery options are currently only available for selected partners and approved setups.

TicketSwap is our official and recommended resale platform for tickets and tables. We do not operate waiting lists or manual transfers.

Yes. Both venues operate with professional overnight security and modern video surveillance systems throughout the entire event period.

Important booth rules include:

  • Music at tables is not permitted
  • Roll-ups and setups may not exceed the booked table width
  • Maximum setup height: 3.5m
  • Shelving depth may not exceed 40cm
  • Advertising for competing events is not permitted

All setups and materials must comply with venue safety regulations and organizer instructions.

Fill out our partner request form. We’ll get in touch to explore booth options, branding integrations & more.

Logo placements and official branding integrations are reserved for confirmed partners and sponsor packages.

Yes – you’re welcome to take photos and videos for private or social use.
However, please respect other guests‘ privacy. For professional filming or content production, you’ll need a media pass.

Media applications open closer to the event. You’ll find the application form via our press & media page. Creators, vloggers, and press teams are welcome! Submitting a creator or media application does not automatically guarantee accreditation or collaboration.
Applications are reviewed individually based on relevance, content quality, activity and overall fit for the CARDMADNESS community.
Follower count alone does not guarantee approval.

Tickets & Policies

Just like with concerts or major conventions, all ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. However, if you are unable to attend, we recommend using our trusted partner TicketSwap – a safe and secure platform to resell your ticket to other collectors.
