Talk to us- Do children need a ticket?
- Children up to 12 years go free when accompanied by the ticket holder. The free children’s ticket is booked together with your own – it appears by itself in the order as soon as you select a regular ticket, so add it there at no cost. From 13 to 16 the Rookie ticket applies, and the age must be proven on admission.
- How do I get my ticket?
- Everything runs through our ticket shop. Everything is digital: right after payment your ticket arrives as a PDF and for your phone wallet. The QR code on your phone is enough at the door – nothing has to be printed.
- Can I buy at the door?
- Yes, as long as the show is not sold out. While visitor tickets are still available in the shop, you can also buy them at the door.
- How do I pay at the tables?
- Cash always works. Card payment is up to each table and is not guaranteed, so bring cash to be safe.
